Measurement method:
① Use a 100*100 field of view to capture the entire sample. A total of 3 photos need to be stitched together, and it takes approximately 5 seconds.

② Use the element tool to identify each ellipse

③ Then, construct the major axis of each ellipse, calculate the X and Y coordinate values of the center point of the axis, and also calculate the angle between the major axis and the product coordinate system. Control the positional offset and angular offset of the ellipse (this process takes 8 seconds).
④ In the figure below, the red-marked parts indicate that there are positional or angular deviations for that axis.
⑤ The coordinate positions in the customer-provided drawings do not match the actual product. Therefore, the results presented below are only for reference purposes and the actual results must conform to the product drawings.

⑥ The distance of the ellipse from the center of the circle in the first column is 1.05mm on the drawing, but in the actual product, it is 0.055mm.

We recommend the QT series instant measurement system, equipped with a 100*100 telecentric lens, a 2000W black-and-white digital camera, and the i-Sobit software.
The surface shape consistency of the current product's measurement points is poor, making it impossible to measure using templates. The current method of testing takes approximately 13 seconds.
