Adopts a high-rigidity material frame structure design, effectively reducing equipment torsion. Ensures consistent movement on both sides under heavy loads; the maximum stroke of the measurement system can reach 5000mm, maintaining uniform measurement accuracy throughout the full stroke.

Multi-Measurement Modes for Full Coverage of Efficiency & Precision

Can be equipped with coaxial large/small field-of-view lenses: Large field-of-view mode increases measurement efficiency by 30%; for small samples, high-magnification lenses can be switched to balance measurement efficiency and precision.

Multi-Intelligent Motion for High Efficiency & Stability

Uses linear motor drive technology, ensuring stable, smooth operation with acceleration capabilitysignificantly improving measurement speed to meet the efficient inspection needs of large-batch samples.

Customized Stage for Diverse Samples

For flexible large-area samples (e.g., battery foils, FPC, new energy materials), an automatic pressure plate can be configured to flatten samples during measurement, ensuring a unified measurement baseline. For LCD panels, glass parts, etc., the stage is equipped with a vacuum adsorption device, enabling convenient, damage-free sample loading and unloading.

User-Friendly Software & Seamless Data Connectivity

The software is simple and easy to use; after short-term training, users can perform data measurement of dimensions, angles, geometric tolerances, etc.
It supports exporting measurement results to Excel reports, SPC data statistical analysis, and custom report formats, with seamless connection to the MES system.
It can integrate multiple measurement sensors to realize compound measurement.
