Summary:
All products are circular in shape. Washer dimensions can all be measured. The inner chamfer angle inside the bushing bore cannot be measured. Thickness measurement is required for the parts. It is recommended to make a dedicated fixture to avoid measurement deviation.
If ultra-high throughput is required, the QWS vertical & horizontal all-in-one flash mesuring machine can be adopted to reduce part flipping.
