The JLT Series Chain Length Measuring Machine is specially designed for chain manufacturing enterprises, suitable for production workshops and metrology rooms. It enables fast and precise measurement of pitch at any interval for various specifications of chains.
Adopting an electromechanical integrated structure, the machine is equipped with a high-precision grating measurement system, driven by a servo motor and synchronous belt. It supports manual loading/unloading and measuring rod lifting, with automatic application of tension and measuring force to achieve fully automatic detection, featuring high efficiency, stability and accuracy.
