Note:

① The measurement areas on the head are not on the same focal plane. Therefore, the focus needs to be adjusted up and down during the measurement process.

② If there are many burrs on the head, it may cause the measurement points to shift, resulting in measurement errors.

③ The sample is relatively soft. During the loading process, it may deform and cause measurement errors in size.
